Agrarian Kitchen in New Norfolk are creating the ultimate local food experience where they grow most of the food they use and if they didn't grow it they can tell you who did. Preserving is also a huge part of what they do to keep them in supply all year round!
The menu sources ingredients from the land around them, whether it’s their own farm, the community garden across the road or a network of local gardeners, producers, farmers and fishermen.
They do a lot of things actually on site! this includes preserving, cheese making, whole animal butchery, smoking, fermentation, wood-fired cooking, bread making and charcuterie.
