BACON, SUNDRIED TOMATO AND CREAM LINGUINE

Ingredients
1 cup bacon diced
1 cup sundried tomatoes finely sliced
2 cloves garlic finely sliced
1.5 cups cream
240g Barilla Linguine
Method
Sauce and pasta should take a similar time to cook so put pasta on as per packet instructions and start making the sauce at the same time.
Add some oil to a hot pan and fry the bacon, sundried tomatoes and garlic for 5 minutes. Then add the cream and simmer for 10 minutes. Remove from heat and allow to sit until pasta is ready. Add linguine to the sauce and mix well and serve.
