OYSTERS KILPATRICK

Ingredients
12 Fresh oysters in the shell
2 tablespoons kecap manis
1 tablespoon sweet chili sauce
2 tablespoons tomato sauce
1/2 teaspoon tabasco sauce
2 tablespoons HP sauce
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
100g grated tasty cheese
100g bacon very finely diced
Method
Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
Mix all of the sauces together in a bowl, add bacon, cheese and a pinch of salt.
Add a heaped teaspoon of the Kilpatrick mix onto each oyster.
Bake for 15 minutes, remove from the oven and allow to rest for 5 minutes before eating.
