LOBSTER WITH MISO BUTTER


PREP TIME: 10 minutes
COOK TIME: 15 minutes
SERVES: 2

INGREDIENTS

4 small lobster tails. Belly side of the shell trimmed off
1 tablespoon white miso paste
1 clove garlic
50g butter

METHOD

Step 1
Melt butter in a pan with the peeled garlic clove. Take off heat and mix miso paste through the butter.

Step 2
Place the lobster tails shell side down on a BBQ and baste generously with the butter/miso mix. Cook tails for about 4 minutes basting every 30 seconds. To finish flip the tails over for one quick sear on the top side. Then take off heat. Allow to cool for 3 minutes and the tail meat should easily come out of the shell. Serve with a squeeze of lemon juice. These are great with soft white bread or crips cos lettuce.
