MINCED CHICKEN SAN CHOI BOW

Ingredients

Chicken mince

500 g chicken mince

1 onion, chopped

2 garlic cloves, chopped

1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, chopped

1 sprig thyme,  leaves only

Pinch salt

Sauce

¼ cup sriracha sauce

¼ cup soy sauce

¼ cup passata

Cos lettuce leaves for serving

Method

Step 1

Lightly process the chicken mince ingredients together – either using a KitchenAid mincer attachment or a food processor

Step 2

Heat a tablespoon of olive oil in a frypan and cook the processed chicken mince until brown 

Step 3

Add the sauce ingredients and mix through, turn the heat down and cook for 5 minutes

 Step 4

Spoon the san choi bow into lettuce cups and serve immediately
