SALMON AND CELERIAC DIP

INGREDIENTS
1 serve Huon smoked salmon, finely diced
¼ cup small gherkins, roughly chopped
3 pickled onions, diced
3 tbsp celeriac soup
5 sprigs dill
1 pinch Tasman sea salt
2 slices sourdough, toasted
METHOD
Step 1
Place salmon, gherkins, pickled onions, celeriac soup, dill and salt into a bowl and mix together well.
Step 2
Once mixed together, serve in a bowl with a side of toasted sourdough and a few sprigs of dill on top.
