TRUFFLE ROASTED BRIE


PREP TIME: 2 minutes
COOK TIME: 20 minutes
SERVES: 5

INGREDIENTS

1 round brie cheese
2 truffles
2 grapes
2 tbsp honey
2 tbsp currants
1 lemon, juice
2 slices sourdough

METHOD

Step 1
Preheat oven to 160ºC. Cut a small hole on top of the brie cheese and place truffles inside and grapes on top.

Step 2
Add honey, currants and lemon juice into a pot. Heat up and stir together.

Step 3
Pour honey sauce over brie cheese and place it into oven for approx 10-15 minutes.

Step 4
After approx 10-15 minutes serve on plate with a side of sourdough.
