As seen on episode 31 of Season 2 of Left Off the Map the Ashgrove Ultimate Cheese Toastie competition is a challenge to the local community to create the ultimate cheese toasted sandwich. Usually part of the Devonport Food an Wine Festival it’s definitely worth a visit and you may get a taste of some of the entries. Any other time of the year it’s worth a visit to Ashgrove Cheese Dairy Door to sample one of their excellent toasties at their café.
