CAPRESE SALAD


PREP TIME 10 minutes
SERVES 1

INGREDIENTS

2 Roma tomatoes, roughly chopped

100g fresh mozzarella, torn

4 slices prosciutto, torn into chunks

6 basil leaves, finely shredded

Olive oil, for finishing

Salt and pepper, to taste

METHOD

Step 1 

On a serving plate, layer the chopped Roma tomatoes as the base.

Scatter torn pieces of fresh mozzarella over the tomatoes.

Add the torn chunks of prosciutto on top, distributing them evenly.

Sprinkle the shredded basil leaves over the salad.

Step 2

To finish, drizzle good-quality olive oil generously over the entire dish.

Sprinkle freshly cracked salt and black pepper to taste.
