CUCUMBER SALAD

COOK TIME: 5 minutes
SERVES: 2

INGREDIENTS

½ tsp white sugar
½ tbsp ginseng spice mix
15ml gin
½ lime, juice
1 tsp Tasman sea salt
1 ½ cucumber, shaved
100g Huon gin and kaffir lime cured salmon

METHOD

Step 1
Add sugar, ginseng, gin, lime, and salt into a jar and shake well.

Step 2
Mix dressing and shaved cucumber together in a bowl and plate up with salmon.
