SMOKED CHAR SUI PORK RIBS

Ingredients
6 x Pork spare ribs
2 tablespoons kecap manis
2 tablespoons rice vinegar
1 tablespoon brown sugar
2 Chillies finely sliced
1 Clove garlic finely diced
2 teaspoons Chinese 5 spice
Method
Mix all marinade ingredients together in a large bowl. Add spare ribs to the bowl and ensure that they are coated well. Leave to marinate for 2 hours or overnight if possible.
Cook on a BBQ grill for 5-10 mins each side or until cooked.
