PESTO POTATO SALAD

Serves: 4
Ingredients
6 small waxy potatoes
3 Spring onions
handful of fresh dill finely chopped
4 tablespoons Barilla Basil Pesto
2 tablespoons creme fraiche
Method
Boil potatoes whole with skin in salted water until they are cooked through. When they are cooked strain water and fill pot with the potatoes with cold water and set aside to cool.
Cut potatoes into bite sized pieces and place in bowl.
Add dill and spring onion, pesto and creme fraiche and mix well. Season with a pinch of salt and serve.
