INGREDIENTS

250ml Ashgrove cream
1 tbsp spreadable chèvre
½ cup mini meringues
3 squares chocolate, chopped
½ cup raspberries
4 strawberries, chopped
2 tbsp icing sugar

METHOD

Step 1
Whisk cream and chèvre together in a bowl.

Step 2
Add meringues, chocolate, raspberries, strawberries and icing sugar and mix together well before plating up.
