EYE FILLET


PREP TIME: 30 minutes
COOK TIME: 10 minutes
SERVES: 3

INGREDIENTS

3 eye fillet steaks
1 packet Old El Paso chilli spice mix
Tasman sea salt
Pukara olive oil

METHOD

Step 1
Rub chilli spice mix and a pinch of salt onto both sides of steak before leaving to sit for approx 30 minutes.

Step 2
After approx 30 minutes and when steak is at room temperature, oil steak and place into a hot pan for approx 5 minutes until cooked on both sides.

Step 3
Once cooked, remove steak from pan and sit to rest for approx 2 minutes before serving.
