GRILLED CORN


PREP TIME: 3 minutes
COOK TIME: 5-10 minutes
SERVES: 3

INGREDIENTS

2 tbsp Ashgrove butter
1 tbsp sesame seeds
1 tbsp arame, thinly sliced + dried
3 cobs corn
Tasman sea salt

METHOD

Step 1
Add butter, sesame seeds and arame to a bowl before placing on to a warming plate and stirring together until melted.

Step 2
Once butter is melted, place corn cobs onto char grill and gradually turn and baste with melted butter until cooked.

Step 3
Once corn is cooked, plate up with a sprinkle of salt over the top.
