MEXICAN RAINBOW TROUT


PREP TIME: 5 minutes
COOK TIME: 12 minutes
SERVES: 1-2

INGREDIENTS

1 rainbow trout
1 packet Old El Paso fajita spice mix
¼ cup buttermilk
Olive oil

METHOD

Step 1
Slit trout down to the bone approx 4 times on each side.

Step 2
Mix spice mix and buttermilk together before rubbing it onto both sides of the trout.

Step 3
Place trout onto grill and turn over and baste with spice mix every minute until cooked.
