Ingredients

1 pack Huon Cold Smoked Salmon

½ cup crème fraiche

Zest of 1 lemon

Juice of ½ lemon

½ tablespoon of mustard

½ tsp dried tarragon

Crackers

Huon Reserve Salmon Caviar to serve

 

Method

In a food processor add smoked salmon, crème fraiche, lemon juice and zest, mustard, and tarragon. Blend until smooth

Serve on crackers topped with Huon Salmon Caviar.
