TORTILLA POCKET BREAKFAST BURRITO


PREP TIME: 10 minutes
COOK TIME: 10 minutes
SERVES: 4-9

INGREDIENTS

15 green prawns, shell on
1 packet Old El Paso honey and chilli sauce mix
2 cups rice, precooked

METHOD

Step 1
Place prawns and sauce mix into a bowl and mix together well until prawns are marinated.

Step 2
Once marinated, place prawns onto a metal skewer before placing onto a hot grill for appox 2-3 minutes each side until cooked.

Step 3
Once cooked, serve on top of rice.
