TURKEY STROGANOFF


PREP TIME: 15 minutes

COOK TIME: 30 minutes

SERVES: 2

INGREDIENTS

½ brown onion, sliced

1 garlic clove, finely sliced

1 tablespoon sweet paprika

½ cup tomato paste

500 gturkey strips

350 ml chicken stock

350 ml sour cream

Pinch of salt

1 tablespoon seeded mustard

250 g Tilda Steamed Brown Basmati Rice

METHOD

Step 1

Add the oil, onion and garlic to a heated pan and sauté for 5 to 10 minutes

Add the paprika and cook for 5 minutes

Add the tomato paste and cook for 5 minutes

Add the turkey strips and cook until brown

Add the chicken stock, salt and sour cream

Stir together and simmer for 10 to 15 minutes

Step 2

Open the top of the Tilda Steamed Rice packet

Microwave for 2 minutes

Step 3

Place the rice on a serving plate and spoon the turkey stroganoff on top
