ABALONE LINGUINI

Ingredients

1 large abalone very finely sliced

25g butter

1 long red chili finely sliced

2 cloves garlic finely sliced

110g spaghetti 

60ml cream

Juice of 1/2 lemon

pinch of salt

 

Method

Cook spaghetti as per packet instructions.

On a very hot pan or BBQ place flash fry the abalone, chili and garlic for about 3-4 minutes. Remove from heat into a large bowl. Add spaghetti with a splash of pasta water. Add cream and lemon juice and mix all ingredients together well.
