SASHIMI WITH MEXICAN SALSA

Ingredients
1/2 cucumber diced
1/2 red onion diced
1 cup tomatoes diced
Juice of 1 lime
1 avocado diced
pinch salt
2 tablespoons olive oil
200g piece of blue-eye trevalla
Method
In a mixing bowl add cucumber, red onion, tomatoes, avocado, lime juice, salt and olive oil
Finely slice blue eye into sashimi slices and assemble on place. Place salsa on top and around the sashimi pieces. Finish with a final drizzle of olive oil.
