SKIRT STEAK TACO

Ingredients
1 cob of corn
1 red capsicum
2 tomatoes
1 red onion
1 avocado
1 lemon
1 bunch spring onions
1 packet old el paso fajita season mix
1 packet old el paso tortillas
100ml olive oil
Pinch salt
300 grams skirt steak
Method
Place corn on hot char grill turning every 2 minutes. While corn is cooking season steak with old el paso fajita season mix, oil and salt. Sit that aside.
To make the salsa cut capsicum, tomatoes, red onions, avocado and spring onions.
Take corn off the char grill and cut kennels off add to salsa mix. Dress the salsa with juices of 1 lemon, olive oil and salt mix together well. Sit this aside.
To cook the stake place on hot char grill. Cook on each side for 3-4 minutes. Once cooked let rest for 2 minutes.
While steak is resting heat old el paso tortillas on char grill 30 seconds each side.
