CHILLI GARLIC MUSSELS

Ingredients
500g fresh mussels
2 cloves garlic finely chopped
1 chilli finely chopped (remove seeds if you don't want it too hot)
1/4 cup fish stock
Small bunch chives finely chopped
Small bunch parsley finely chopped
Juice of half a lemon
1/4 cup cream
Method
Put a Wok over high heat and add mussels, garlic, chilli and stock and stir. Bring to a simmer.
As the mussels start to open up add cream, lemon and herbs and stir through. Heat again to a gentle simmer and then remove from heat and serve immediately.
