GLAZED ROAST SALMON

Prep time: 10 minutes

Cook time: 25 minutes

Serves: 4

 

Ingredients

1 whole side of Huon Salmon

10g Palm sugar grated

1tsp ground coriander

¼ cup chopped spring onion

2 cloves garlic

2 tbs ketchap manis

Juice of 1 lime

1 tsp salt

2 tbs olive oil

1 cup microherbs to serve

 

Method

Mix all sauce ingredients (excluding microherbs) together in a bowl.

Use a pastry brush to paint glaze on the salmon.

Bake in oven at 180 degrees.

After 10 minutes remove from oven and paint again with glaze and return to oven for another 15 minutes.

When cooked paint one final glaze, top with microherbs and serve.
