JOHNS MERINGUE

Ingredients
8 x egg whites
2 teaspoons malt vinegar
1 teaspoon vanilla essence
2/3 cup caster sugar
250ml whipped cream
1/2 can tinned peaches
Method
Preheat oven 150 degrees celsius.
Add egg whites, vinegar, vanilla, sugar to a mixing bowl. Mix very slowly first until the sugar is mixed through then mix on high speed for approximately 12 minutes to stiff peaks.
Line a baking tray with baking paper. Turn out mixture onto the baking tray and shape into a neat cake shape. Bake for 1.5 hours at 150 degrees Celsius.
