OYSTERS KILPATRICK


PREP TIME: 10 minutes

COOK TIME: 15 minutes

SERVES: 2

 

INGREDIENTS:

1 dozen oysters

Kilpatrick sauce

2 rashers streaky bacon, finely diced

1 tablespoon tomato sauce

1 tablespoon barbecue sauce

1 tablespoon ketchup manis

1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce

1 tablespoon sweet chilli sauce

1 garlic clove, grated

50 g Ashgrove vintage cheddar cheese, grated

 

METHOD:

Step 1

Heat oven to 180 degrees Celsius

Step 2

Place the Kilpatrick sauce ingredients into a bowl and mix together

Place the oysters onto a baking tray. If the oyster shells tip sideways, sit them in rock salt to support the shell to stay upright

Place a teaspoon the Kilpatrick sauce on each of the oysters

Bake in the oven for 15 minutes
