PEACH CRUMBLE

Serves: 6
Ingredients:
1 can peaches in syrup
Vanilla ice cream for serving
Crumble:
1/2 cup plain flour
1/2 cup oats
1/2 cup desiccated coconut
1/2 cup butter cubed
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup hazelnuts roughly chopped
2 tablespoons golden syrup
Method
Preheat oven to 160 degrees Celsius.
Put all crumble ingredients in an oven proof tray and place in oven for 5 minutes until butter melts. Then remove from the oven and stir all ingredients together. Bake for 20 minutes or until golden
To serve, plate the peaches directly from the can and top with crumble. Serve with cream or ice cream.
