LIONS’ MANE STEAK

INGREDIENTS
2 Lion’s Mane mushrooms
2 tbsp Ashgrove Farmhouse butter
1 clove garlic, crushed
2 sprigs thyme
1 sprig rosemary
METHOD
Step 1
Heat a medium-sized pan over medium-high heat.
Add half the butter to the pan and sear the Lion’s Mane mushrooms on both sides.
Once seared, add the remaining butter, garlic, thyme, and rosemary to the pan.
Baste the mushrooms for 2 minutes with the flavoured butter.
Step 2
Transfer the mushrooms to a preheated oven at 180°C and roast for 3-4 minutes.
